Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms of Use”) govern your access and use of Payeee’s services, including but not limited to the Payeee mobile application (“Mobile App”), dashboard, website, or any other platforms made available by Payeee, Ltd. (Company No. 15450211) (“Payeee”). The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” also refer to Payeee.
By using our services or registering for an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please refrain from accessing our services.

Business Agreements (B2B)
For businesses engaging with Payeee, separate agreements may apply depending on the specific services provided. If your business enters into a B2B agreement with Payeee, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the agreed terms. Payeee will act in good faith to fulfil all contractual obligations, and the terms set forth in your agreement will govern your relationship with us. Any disputes arising from business engagements will be addressed according to the terms of the agreement.
Your Acceptance of These Terms of Use
By registering for and using the Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you have read, understood,and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. For any business entity, you agree that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms of Use, unless aseparate agreement supersedes these terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, do not use the Mobile App, dashboard,website, or any of our platforms.
12-Month Commitment Agreement – No Refunds or Cancellations
By signing up for our services, you agree to a 12 month commitment, with the option to pay either upfront or on a monthly basis. No refunds or cancellations are allowed during the contract period. You will be billed monthly unless you have opted for the upfront payment option. Early termination is not permitted under any circumstances.
Subscription Renewal
At the end of your 12-month subscription period, your contract will automatically renew for another 12 months unless you contact us to cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, the subscription will renew under the same terms, and you will continue to be billed either monthly or for the upfront payment, depending on your original selection. To avoid automatic renewal, you must notify us in writing at support@payeee.co.uk before your contract term ends.
Your Privacy and Personal Information
Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how Payeee collects, uses, and protects your personal data. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, these Terms of Use will take precedence.
Description of the Services
As part of the services, Payeee provides you with access to a range of exclusive benefits, features, and transactions through our Mobile App, dashboard, website, or other platforms. Payeee offers these services undera 12 month commitment, with the option to pay either upfront or on a monthly basis.
Unless otherwise specified, any new features or enhancements to our existing services will be subject to these Terms of Use. You are responsible for obtaining access to the services and any fees incurred through third-party providers, such as mobile data charges.
No Direct Collections – Partner Purchases
Payeee does not collect any direct payments from you when purchasing goods or services through our partners. All purchases made via our platform are fulfilled and processed by third-party vendors. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as non-receipt of goods, or require assistance, please contact us at support@payeee.co.uk, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the vendor. However, Payeee is not liable for any delays, errors, or issues that arise from the third-party vendor, as their terms and conditions govern such purchases.
No Refunds or Cancellations
By subscribing to our services, you enter into a legally binding 12 month contract, which cannot be cancelled or refunded once initiated. If you select the monthly billing option, you are required to make timely payments each month for the duration of the contract. Should you fail to fulfil these obligations, your access to the services may be suspended.
Your Account Registration and Password
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorised use of your account should be reported to Payeee immediately.
Payeee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, outdated, or incomplete.
Your Use of the Services
Your access and use of the Payeee services is for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may not transfer, resell, or exploit the services for any commercial purposes beyond those permitted by Payeee.
Payeee is not responsible for any interruptions in service caused by third-party outages, maintenance, or updates. We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Electronic Communications and Notifications
We may send you electronic communications related to your account and services. These communications are essential for providing updates or notifications regarding your subscription and can be customised or deactivated through your account settings, except for critical service-related notices.
Rights You Grant to Us
By submitting data, passwords, usernames, or other information to Payeee, you grant us permission to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the services. Payeee will protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Limitations of Liability
Payeee will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, except where required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Payeee takes all reasonable measures to ensure the security and reliability of its services but cannot guarantee against unforeseen disruptionsor technical issues.
In cases involving third-party vendors, Payeee acts solely as an intermediary, and any disputes or issues related to third-party products or services must be resolved directly with the vendor. While we will make every effort to assist you in resolving such issues, Payeee does not assume responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or fulfilment of purchases made via third-party partners.
Termination of Services
You may terminate your use of Payeee services at the end of your 12-month commitment. To do so, please contact us at support@payeee.co.uk.Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and any data in our records will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payeee reserves the right to terminate your account if there is a violation of these Terms of Use, including failure to make payments or providing false information.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings must be brought within this jurisdiction.
